Booking Queries :

You should receive a voucher on the same day, but please note some locations may take 2 business days to be confirmed. If your booking is within the next 3 days it will be processed immediately.

If you think you have made a mistake with any details please wait until you receive your voucher, as changes can not be made while your booking is in the secure automated booking system. Changes can only be made after your booking has been confirmed.

If your booking is not showing confirmed or you have further issues after the booking is confirmed please do not email us, Click here for our trouble shooter and we will either resolve your query immediatley, or you will be able to raise a support ticket and get your query resolved.

If you have made a Booking and have either not received your voucher or have misplaced it, please click here and enter the booking reference number which was emailed to you.

Here is an example Booking reference number: FR12345678 / 332234456.
Please only enter the numbers before the forward slash / .

EG. In the above example you would only enter FR12345678
